Before you write

• Updates: install the latest version of Radiolive from the App Store; many issues are already fixed in newer builds.
• Playback or a station: some problems depend on the broadcaster’s stream or on network conditions. Note the station name and whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, cellular, or both.
• Subscriptions: purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. See our Terms of Use.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.
